they upgraded me to an impressive room with a marvellous view of the lake. location: the hotel was near to old castle, bars and restaurants, and the centre, the kastro, the archeological museum and the board. stopped by fournos to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes from the venue, recommend. there's nothing to complain about, had a fantastic stay in a very interesting town.

The location was marvellous and stunning for me as it was short walk to the lake, shops and old castle and sightseeing and attractions in the area and bars and restaurants.

The hotel is wonderful and clean. the rooms are excellent and lovely with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. - the setting is favorable and excellent, near to the cave, the center, the Kastro, the Archeological Museum, and the board to the island in the lake.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and offered plenty of comfortable seating areas for relaxing. As a senior woman, I appreciate the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick.

While the staff was generally polite and friendly, I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the younger generation working there. Being a senior, a little extra help or attention would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location near the city center was great, we stayed in a new king room with comfortable beds and enjoyed a large bathroom, along with a tasty breakfast.

The Z Hotel in Ioannina was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was impeccably clean and cozy, with all the amenities working perfectly. The location was ideal, right next to the picturesque lake and only 300m from the town center and old castle. The view from the breakfast room was stunning, overlooking the lake. There were ample parking spots available for cars and bikes. The staff were young, friendly, and helpful, providing great tips for places to eat and visit in the region. The room itself was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast consisted of delicious local products and home-cooked food. a truly wonderful stay!

I had an amazing stay at this stylish boutique hotel. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the perfectly arranged room to the central A/C and comfortable bed. The personnel were polite and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was superb, with freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of cheese and ham, and bread. The hotel's location in front of the lake and walking distance from the old town center and castle was ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

During my Christmas stay, I had a wonderful experience. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable which assured me good sleep. it was located in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. the personnel were always helpful and willing to offer help with every aspect of the stay.

One thing that could be improved was the smell in the toilet, which seemed to be related to the draining system. However, it didn't cause a major problem, and I was still able to enjoy my stay.

They provided us with a handwritten itinerary for exploring Mount Vikos and even made calls to ensure attractions were open. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The hotel's location was ideal, with a beautiful park across the street and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Parking was convenient, and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Ioannina.
